Fixes #4154

Added support for Llama 3.2 and Llama 3.3 licenses.

Thanks @aayushkdev for this PR, I'm going to use @DennisClark's version from #4154 (comment) (He adds new licenses to our instance of dejacode and we sync from there using this script). Usually all the new license issues are handled by Dennis/us so it's best to focus on other issues instead. You're also credited at #4165 (comment)
